Cancellation Policy
We apply the following policy to reservations for all meals and bento/catering orders.
• Reservation deadline: Please book by the previous business day so we can purchase ingredients.
• Reservation Changes: We accept reservation changes until the previous business day.
• We do not accept same-day cancellations or changes in party size.
• Cancellation fees: 5 days before the reservation date: 20% (only for parties of 10 guests or more), Previous business day: 50%, Day of reservation: 100%
*If we cannot reach you and 30 minutes have passed since your reserved time, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation. Please make sure to contact us if you will be late to your reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
